Balagtas Heights in Balagtas Bulacan has a new offer and potential for good living. Only people living here can change their lives and will have the power to change this community.

Such expectations gives more hope to not only for those have residing here but also the government hopes for changing the urban poor to live in a nice place that can cultivate future dreams among youth and their families.

The hardship of living in the urban poor areas does not relies on income but also considering the location and what's around its place. Government hopes for more and extended benefits of this project that will influence how poor thinks.

Living in Balagtas Heights made a sense of change but not totally convenient and not comparable to Metro Manila living style. Bulacan is a good place to live peacefully with attaching to its nature and mingle to new people. What has Metro Manila to offer does not met the criteria compare to Bulacan. It will matter if goal and visions is set according to person's capacity to live and adopts to this province as how they had live for years in urban of Metro.

Originally known as Caruya/Caluya as per as the history records regarding the early years of the establishment of Bulacan Province, Caruya was one of the Encomiendas of the vast region La Pampanga falls under the Alcalde Mayor of Bulacan. Balagtas is a first class urban municipality in the province of Bulacan, Philippines. According to the 2015 census, it has a population of 73,929 people. With the continuous expansion of Metro Manila, the municipality is now part of Manila's built up area which reaches San Ildefonso in its northernmost part. Formerly known as Bigaa, it was renamed in honor of Filipino poet Francisco Balagtas.
